Planning a golf outing is certainly no easy task... Whether it be a casual outing for 40 players or a 'Company Retreat' for 144, our goal is to make your day both easy & enjoyable. From the early stages to the last hole of the day, we will do whatever we can to help make your outing a huge success. The golf course itself is always in peak condition & is perfectly suited for any level of golfer, and our outdoor Outing Pavilion is ideal for a country summer BBQ after your golf, not to mention our affordable greenfees, which will help you achieve the level of participation that you expect. All in all, SHGC has all of the ingredients for a successful golf event or fundraiser, and our helpful staff will work hard to make sure the process is nice & easy for everyone involved.

• Contest Assistance: From closest-to-the-pin, to longest-drive, to straightest drive and beyond... we'll help add a special twist for your players
• Our Outdoor Outing Pavilion is perfect for afternoon BBQ's following the golf (capacity = 144 people)
• Sagamore's on-course beverage cart will make sure your golfers are happy & hydrated on the course
• Our practice putting green is a great place to warm-up & meet your team-mates before the event
• Pre-event registration can be arranged either in front of the clubhouse or at our outdoor pavilion... whichever you prefer
• Scoresheets, scorecards & cart signage are always available, and we are more than happy to help determine the best tournament format as well
• Sponsorship signage is available (can be quoted upon request) 
• Outing Appreciation Bonus: As our way of thanking you for choosing Sagamore as your event venue, we provide every outing group of 72+ players with Four Free Rounds of Golf to either give away as an added event prize or raffle item

Golf Outing Requirements & Reservation Details

'Mini' Outings (12-40 players)

• Days available: Weekdays anytime & weekends/holidays after 11:00 am
• Signed Outing Policy Form & Profile Form required
• Payment in full is due 7 days before the event
• Payment becomes non-refundable after the payment deadline

'Full' Outings (41-144 players)

• Days available: Monday thru Friday anytime (sorry, no weekends or holidays)
• Signed Outing Policy Form & Profile Form is required 
• Payment in full is due 7 days before the event
• Payment becomes non-refundable after the payment deadline
