Sagamore's 'No-Show' Policy
 
Due to the unfortunate number of 'No-Shows' each season, Sagamore-Hampton Golf Club can no longer sustain losing significant income day after day due to customers either not showing up for their tee-time or them booking a tee-time for four players but only showing up with two --- All Sagamore tee-time reservations now require a valid credit card, but understand that the credit card is only required to cover potential No-Show Fees (should that be necessary). During your very first online booking, you will be prompted to provide your credit card information, which will be safely and securely stored to your Sagamore customer account so that subsequent reservations can be made quickly and conveniently.
  • No-Show Fees: Weekdays = $15 per no-show player / Weekends & Holidays = $20 per no-show player
  • Will my credit card be charged for the tee-times I'm reserving? NO!!! Greenfees will NOT be charged to your credit card, and each golfer in your group will be able to pay for their own greenfees when they check-in at the course
  • Can I make changes or cancellations to my tee-time? You can easily change or cancel their tee time reservations either by logging in to your Sagamore Online Reservation account OR by calling us during normal business hours (if you don't already have a Sagamore tee-time account, you will be prompted to create an account the very first time you book an online time at either Sagamore course)
  • What happens on days when the weather is poor? We will not charge any No-Show Fees on days when the weather at the course is unquestionably poor (it's still wise to call ahead to confirm!)
  • Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged any No-Show Fees, you must remember to finalize all changes or cancellations no later than 24-hours before your tee-time
    • Important Note! We do NOT accept tee time changes or cancellations via email (you can make changes using your booking account or by calling the course)
